iheartfaces - Week 21

"Happy Birthday!" is the iheartfaces contest category for this week. Tadpole's only had 1 birthday, and I wasn't taking many photos that day, so I'm using a photo of Pants (from her 2nd birthday a few months ago) instead. I've already posted this photo here, but I haven't entered it in the contest yet, so I think it's still fair game.
